  • TLS 1.3 Encryption — All data between your browser and our servers is fully encrypted.
  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — enable optional OTP verification for extra security.
  • Suspicious login alerts — Receive email or SMS alerts when a login occurs from an unrecognized device or location.
  • Auto Logout — sessions automatically close for security if inactive.
  • Brute Force Protection — repeated incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock your account.
  • Passwords are never visible — passwords are not visible to staff or systems.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about login & account

There are several ways to get help on 90oz. The fastest is live chat — click the chat icon at the bottom right of the website or app for instant response. Live chat is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and you can speak in Bangla. The second option is email — write to [email protected] with details, and you'll usually get a reply within a few hours. Email is better for complex issues because you can attach screenshots or documents. Third, the FAQ page already has answers to common questions — you'll find login issues, payment queries and gaming rules there. All channels provide the same quality of service. But if login is urgent, always use live chat — it's the fastest.

Managing responsible gaming tools on 90oz is straightforward once you're logged in. Log in, click the profile icon, and navigate to "Account Settings" or the "Responsible Gaming" menu. There you'll find several key tools. Set deposit limits — define a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum. Limits take effect immediately, but increasing them requires a 24-hour waiting period. Session time limits — decide how long you want to play in a single sitting; the app or site will notify you automatically when your time is up. Loss limits — set a cap on how much you can lose before being blocked from placing further bets. Cooling-off period — if you need a short break, you can set a pause ranging from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. For more information on responsible gaming, visit our detailed page.
