Any account found to be involved in the above activities will be suspended immediately and all associated winnings will be forfeited.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Transactions at 90oz are processed securely and quickly. However, certain rules must be followed.

5.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit on 90oz is ৳200.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a bonus on their first deposit. This bonus is generally a percentage of the deposit amount. A Wagering Requirement applies — meaning the bonus and deposit must be wagered a specified number of times.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

For example, a 100% bonus on a ৳1,000 deposit gives you a total balance of ৳2,000. With a 5x Wagering Requirement, you must place ৳10,000 (2,000×5) in bets before withdrawing the bonus. The bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, forming syndicates, or exploiting technical loopholes is strictly prohibited. Any abuse of bonuses will result in account closure and forfeiture of related winnings.

Account Suspension & Closure

90oz reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a member's account under certain circumstances.

7.2 After Suspension

If your account is suspended, you will be unable to log in or make any transactions. 90oz will make a decision following its investigation — the account will either be reinstated or permanently closed.

7.3 Permanent Account Closure

In cases of serious violations, an account may be permanently closed and the associated balance forfeited. However, if the balance contains legitimately won funds and no rule violation has occurred, those funds will be returned.

Limitation of Liability

90oz is an entertainment platform and is used entirely at the user's own risk.

8.1 Technical Issues

If any issue arises due to a 90oz system, server, or internet connection failure that results in a lost bet or incorrect outcome, whether 90oz will offer compensation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. That said, every effort is made to prevent such issues from occurring.
